Raffi's passion for Art and Architecture started at an early age in the Studio of his father, where he discovered the organic forms of human anatomy and the geometric shapes of Modern Architecture.
In 1988, he received a Bachelor of Architecture degree from “Universite de Montreal” in Canada.
Raffi has been participating in group and private exhibitions in Canada and the US.
He currently works as an Architect and Sculptor integrating organic forms into his designs. His sculptures and paintings of the human figure express movement, grace and beauty. His work is a representation of figure as an embodiment of spirit. The medium of choice for his sculptures is wood, which he cherishes for its organic beauty and natural warmth.
